5. Invocation of Oðinn (3 minutes)
“Oðinn! All-Father! One-Eyed Wanderer! You who hung upon Yggdrasil for nine nights and nine days to win the runes. You who know the past, read the present, and see the future’s shadows.
Grant me wisdom to know what I need to learn. Open my sight to see beyond the surface of things. Guide my words that they may carry truth and power.
Oðinn, I call upon you!”
6. Offering (2 minutes)
Pour mead and speak:
“I offer you mead, the drink of skalds and seers. Accept this gift and bless my seeking.”
7. Personal Practice (5 minutes)

- Speak a prayer for insight into a specific challenge
“Oðinn, show me what I need to know. Grant me the courage to understand and act upon the wisdom you offer.”
8. Closing (1 minute)
“Oðinn, I thank you for your presence. Wisdom lights my way. So be it!”
