Kvasir the Inspired
Kvasir is the god of inspiration and knowledge. Born from the combined breath of all the gods (Aesir and Vanir together), he embodies the unification of wisdom and the collective power of inspiration. His blood was used to create the Mead of Poetry, the most potent source of inspiration in the Nine Worlds.
Sacred Story
Kvasir was created by the Aesir and Vanir in a moment of peace and unity, forming from their combined breath. He traveled the Nine Worlds, teaching and sharing wisdom wherever he went. When he was killed by dwarves and his blood was mixed with honey to create the Mead of Poetry, his essence became the source of all poetic inspiration—available to gods and humans alike who can obtain it.
