Sacred Story
Vidar is the silent, strong son of Oðinn and the giantess Rind. He is known for speaking only when absolutely necessary, but when he acts, his strength is unstoppable. At Ragnarök, Vidar will avenge his father’s death by slaying the wolf Fenrir, stepping on the beast’s jaw and pulling its mouth open—a task of tremendous power and determination.
